I know, I know, Martha Stewart really? I have to confess I am very fond of Martha Steward and appreciate that she taught me how to use a pitchfork in my garden. Her website if full of recipes that are simple and doable. She has whole menus of recipes for different things like chicken, pasta, or coffee cakes and it is usually possible to find a recipe that hits the spot.

Taste of Beirut has a good selection of Lebanese recipes. Lebanon has a tradition of good food and fine dining. Living in Beirut, I have been exposed to new dishes and different preparations. I find the recipes on this website are easy to follow and there are nice pictures too.
